What we know about the suspects this morning and why authorities still havent ruled out terrorism. Its thursday, december 3rd. First on 13. New developments in the mass shooting that killed 14 people. And injured 17 others. In san bernardino, california. Police are learning more about the two suspects. But are still trying to determine a motive.
