Sequencing Burma's Resistance:  A Three-Phase Approach to Defeating the Junta
This paper proposes that a three-phase approach is necessary for Burma’s resistance movement to be victorious. Phase One requires all ethnic minority groups to put differences aside and mass kinetic and non-kinetic efforts to defeat the junta. Phase Two demands both substantial international support for the resistance we well as increased global pressure on the junta.
