Approaching. Showers not far from seven springs. Into Garrett County and west into oakland. The heaviest stuff south of i 68 there, moving over toward kiser and romney in a while. Temperatures comfortable north and west. It is very muggy from pax river over toward the eastern shore. Even toward la plata with temperatures in the low 70s.
