Hypothermia. Make sure your ears and nose as well as hands and feet are well covered, because they are the most vulnerable to frostbite. The first warning signs are often a pins and needles sensation and numbness. That drop in body temperature from the body losing heat faster than we can produce it is hypothermia. Some of the first signs can include dizziness, nausea, or confusion. And symptoms can worsen if your body doesnt regain heat.
