A man has are arrested after a sailboat washed ashore at San Franciscos ocean beach. Sky 7 hd was overhead as Police Arrested the man, but it was for other charges unrelated to todays boat incident. Ocean beach patrol also rescued a second person from this boat which youre looking at. Both were treated for minor injuries at the scene. A word on why they lost control of their sailboat.
