Duke Energy: Over 8,000 customers without power following severe storms in Greater Cincinnati

Duke Energy is addressing a number of power outages in Monroe and surrounding counties after Thursday’s high winds. (Stephen Crane / Mooresville-Decatur Times)
As of 8:15 p.m., there were 8,964 customers without power in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky, according Duke Energy s power outage map. Hamilton County is the most effected by the outages, with over 6,000 customers without power. 
The maximum time for customers power to be restored ranges from 10:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the company s website.
