As of 8:15 p.m., there were 8,964 customers without power in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky, according Duke Energy's power outage map. Hamilton County is the most effected by the outages, with over 6,000 customers without power. The maximum time for customers' power to be restored ranges from 10:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the company's website. Severe storm warnings have ended for counties in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky but remain in place until 8:30 p.m. for parts of Ripley and Dearborn counties in Southeast Indiana, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio. A severe storm moving northeast at 5 mph was spotted around 8 p.m. near Moores Hill, forecasters said.
