Cheng Li | Brookings
Cheng Li is a nonresident senior fellow in the Foreign Policy program at Brookings. He was a senior fellow at Brookings from 2006 to 2023 and served as director of the John L. Thornton China Center from 2014-2023. Li serves as professor of political science and founding director of the Centre on Governance of China and the World at the University of Hong Kong.
