Market Ahead Podcast, July 7: Top factors that could guide markets today

Domestic benchmark indices eye a weak start to the session, tracking overnight fall in US markets and a lacklustre start for Asian peers. At 7.30 am, SGX Nifty was ruling 59 points lower at 15,782.
A lot of stock-specific action amid Q1 business updates and ahead of earnings season could keep the indices volatile. That apart, investors will track the Federal Reserve minutes for more clues on when the US central bank may begin tapering the substantial asset purchases.
Action will return to the primary market today as two IPOs - Clean Science & Technology and GR Infraprojects - will open on Wednesday to raise a total of Rs 2,500 crore. Ahead of the IPO, GR Infraprojects garnered Rs 283 cr from anchor investors on Tuesday and Clean Science and Technology Rs 464 crore. Most analysts have 'subscribe' ratings on both issues.

जुलाई में कम से कम 12 कंपनियां अपने आईपीओ (IPO) लाने की तैयारी में हैं। इनमें जोमैटो, जीआर इन्फ्राप्रोजेक्ट्स, श्रीराम प्रॉप्रटीज और ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंसेज शामिल हैं। इसकी शुरुआत 7 जुलाई से होगी जब जीआर इन्फ्राप्रोजेक्ट्स और क्लीन साइंस टेक्नोलॉजी के आईपीओ सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए खुलेंगे।

निवेशकों के पास जुलाई में बंपर कमाई का मौका है। कम से कम 12 कंपनियां इस महीने अपने आईपीओ (IPO) लाने की तैयारी में हैं। साल की पहली छमाही में आईपीओ बाजार में काफी चहल-पहल रही। इस दौरान 22 आईपीओ आए और इनके जरिए कंपनियों ने 26,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक राशि जुटाई। साल की दूसरी छमाही में भी कम से कम 30 कंपनियां आईपीओ लाने जा रही हैं। यहां हम ऐसी कंपनियों के बारे में बता रहे हैं जो जुलाई में अपना पब्लिक इश्यू ला सकती हैं....
जोमैटो
फूड डिलीवरी कंपनी जोमैटो (Zomato) को बाजार नियामक सेबी से आरंभिक सार्वजनिक निर्गम (IPO) पेश करने की इजाजत मिल गई है। कंपनी आईपीओ से करीब 8,250 करोड़ रुपये जुटा सकती है। रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस के मसौदे के अनुसार आईपीओ के तहत 7,500 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर जारी किए जाएंगे, जबकि इंफो एज (इंडिया) लिमिटेड की तरफ से 750 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री की पेशकश की जाएगी। कोटक महिंद्रा कैपिटल कंपनी (Kottak Mahindra capital company), मॉर्गन स्टेनली इंडिया कंपनी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और क्रेडिट सुइस सिक्योरिटीज (इंडिया) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इस निर्गम के वैश्विक समन्वयक और बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर हैं।
जीआर इन्फ्राप्रोजेक्ट्स और क्लीन साइंस टेक्नोलॉजी
जीआर इन्फ्राप्रोजेक्ट्स
कंस्ट्रक्शन और इंजीनियरिंग फर्म जीआर इन्फ्राप्रोजेक्ट्स (GR Infraprojects) का 963 करोड़ रुपये का आईपीओ 7 जुलाई को खुल रहा है। इसके लिए प्राइस बैंड 828 से 837 रुपये प्रति शेयर तय किया गया है। इसमें प्रमोटर 963 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री करेंगे।
क्लीन साइंस टेक्नोलॉजी
केमिकल मैन्युफैक्चरिंग कंपनी क्लीन साइंस टेक्नोलॉजी (Clean Science Technology) का आईपीओ भी 7 जुलाई को खुल रहा है। कंपनी इसके जरिए 1400 करोड़ रुपये जुटाना चाहती है। इसमें कंपनी के शेयरहोल्डर्स अपने शेयरों की बिक्री करेंगे। इसके लिए मूल्य दायरा 880 से 890 रुपये रखा गया है।
श्रीराम प्रॉप्रटीज, सेवन आइलैंड शिपिंग और आरोहण फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज
श्रीराम प्रॉप्रटीज
श्रीराम प्रॉप्रटीज (Shriram Properties) जुलाई में 800 करोड़ रुपये का आईपीओ लाने की तैयारी में है। इसमें 550 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री की जाएगी और 250 रुपये के नए शेयर जारी किए जाएंगे।
सेवन आइलैंड शिपिंग
मुंबई की इस सी लॉजिस्टिक्स फर्म सेवन आइलैंड शिपिंग (Seven Islands Shipping) को आईपीओ लाने के लिए सेबी से अप्रैल में मंजूरी मिल गई थी। कंपनी इसके जरिए 600 करोड़ रुपये जुटाना चाहती है। इसमें 400 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर होंगे जबकि 200 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री की जाएगी।
आरोहण फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज
कोलकाता की माइक्रो फाइनेंस लेंडर आरोहण फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज (Arohan Financial Services) भी जुलाई में आईपीओ बाजार में दस्तक दे सकती है। इसमें 1800 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर होंगे जबकि 850 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री की जाएगी।
एएमआई ऑर्गेनिक्स, उत्कर्ष स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक और ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंसेज
एएमआई ऑर्गेनिक्स
केमिकल मैन्युफैक्चरिंग कंपनी एएमआई ऑर्गेनिक्स (AMI Organics) का 650 करोड़ रुपये का आईपीओ भी इस महीने बाजार में आ सकता है। इसमें 60.6 लाख शेयर बेचे जाएंगे जबकि 300 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर जारी किए जाएंगे।
उत्कर्ष स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक
उत्कर्ष स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक (Utkarsh Small Finance Bank) भी जुलाई में आईपीओ लाने की तैयारी में है। ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस के मुताबिक इसमें 600 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री की जाएगी जबकि 750 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर जारी होंगे।
ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंसेज
ग्लेनमार्क लाइफ साइंसेज (Glenmark Life Sciences) की आईपीओ के जरिए 1800 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने की योजना है। इसमें 1160 रुपये के नए शेयर जारी होंगे जबकि ग्लेमार्क फार्मास्यूटिकल्स लिमिटेड 73 लाख इक्विटी शेयरों की बिक्री करेगी।
विजया डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर, नुवोको विस्टाज कॉर्प और आधार हाउसिंग फाइनेंस
विजया डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर
हैदराबाद की कंपनी विजया डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर (Vijaya Diagnostic Centre) इस महीने 2000 करोड़ रुपये का आईपीओ लाने की तैयारी में है। इसमें कंपनी के शेयरहोल्डर्स अपने शेयरों की बिक्री करेंगे।
नुवोको विस्टाज कॉर्प
सीमेंट कंपनी नुवोको विस्टाज कॉर्प (Nuvoco Vistas Corp) का 5,000 करोड़ रुपये का आईपीओ भी जुलाई में आ सकता है। इसमें 1500 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर जारी होंगे जबकि 3500 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री की जाएगी।
आधार हाउसिंग फाइनेंस
आधार हाउसिंग फाइनेंस (Aadhar Housing Finance) का 7300 करोड़ रुपये का आईपीओ भी जुलाई में आने की उम्मीद है। इसमें 1500 करोड़ रुपये के नए शेयर होंगे जबकि 5800 करोड़ रुपये के शेयरों की बिक्री की जाएगी।
