We begin with a developing story out of costa rica where 12 people, 10 of them american tourists, were killed in a plane crash. The single engine charter plane went down in a wooded area shortly after takeoff. Among the americans on board, a family of five from suburban new york, identified as bruce and Irene Steinberg and their three sons.
