You have to operate within the compounds of the law and provide flexibility to allow the voters to get to the ballot box. So, in our situation we give people the opportunity to vote using an absentee ballot but we are one of 16 states that require a vote o voter to requen absentee ballot. We are not to vote by mail we simply send them out to everybody and i would like to talk about why i dont advocate that kind of opportunity for fraud.
