We have part of our engagement was Junior Deputy program. I mentioned earlier and we try to get out there to do clinics related to interest. We went up to Juvenile Justice Center a few months ago. Myself, captain stanford and another captain and provided basketball clinic for juveniles up there. It was part of our process to reach out not just for recruitment but to engage with people to just really message out that we are here for them in any other ways other than being just as involved. Tumlin will talk about this, but last week we did have a press event with supervisors peskin and preston announcing that we will be delaying our fare increases.
