Im in the prison system in america is what it is, grandpa to be his, rapid human rights abuse and we as a society even if we dont believe it, we accept the idea at least thats the moment you cross the threshold of a jail or prison you are or Constitutional Rights are suspended, which is particularly ironic in jail settings where you are in many cases held over for trial, innocent until proven guilty.
