And there is consultation that has been done from senior members to congress members. Those conversations continue. But in terms of what maybe required if the president were to take or order a specific action i am not in a position to guess. This can be done with the consent of congress or it can be done passively by attaching it to a bill that has to be passed. Would the president want some kind of congressional approval . I am not going to guess what kind of approval is requested or required based on military action that hasnt in ordered.
