I work for the office of policy and management and one of my responsibilities is to look hard at the present system and to reduce recidivism studies and other studies related to people coming out of connecticut presence over time. The state of connecticut so i run a Small Research unit dedicated to understanding the criminal Justice System work for the office of policy and management and one of my responsibilities is to recidivism studies and out of and then the state of connecticut and then in criminal justice and then prepare people to see a lot of good news. So in terms of recidivism is 60 percent of the people to be arrested those are not good numbers. And with the criminal Justice System and wont go into detail and those that died within five years 65 percent died of homicide they died of Drug Overdoses it is devastating what is taking place and to work in this area he dont expect and im fortunate to see to see that turnaround. I was born in new york city, and i at one point married somebody who was a girl in new york city here when she was very young, and she remembers that when her family wanted to buy tortillas, that you had to buy them in a can. There were so few people from mexico living in new york city, there were to to have there were no to have tortillas. Now whats the name for new york .
