Diverse manufacturer Johnson Controls. which claims to have the largest portfolio of HVAC equipment and controls in the world , has bought cooling contractor Cool Solution for an undisclosed sum.
The integration of the 17-year-old commercial building specialist, with bases in Cardiff and Tewkesbury, will enhance Johnson Controls’ HVAC offering across multiple customer segments, while also allowing the business to benefit from its design and project management capabilities, the manufacturer said.
Cool Solution offers design, installation and maintenance services across HVAC and refrigeration to commercial buildings from offices to retail to hotels.
