London mayoral polls: Khan reveals plan to reverse congestion charge hike
London mayor Sadiq Khan (Lab) has unveiled plans to abandon the £15 congestion charge that was raised by almost a third last year, and to roll it back to a weekday levy. The mayor has made tackling air pollution one of his key policy commitments.
