I will start with a question that you posed with your title. Why is it important to read it, and how you read it for the average person . Its important to read it because we are seeing issues of massive and constitutional importance in the headline news. At that level of the presidency and in congress we have called for concern over the constitution. As an educator, i felt it was important to produce a book that is accessible by regular people so people can educate themselves on how the constitution functions as well as their constitutional rights, and get on that bike and ride it themselves. Make their own decisions about whats going on in the country.
