Otherwise its good in San Francisco, moderate for most of the bay area, and a few spots that are unhealthy for sensitive groups right now. Chopper 5 over interstate 880 at 66th avenue. The exit there, look at this. A crash involving a big rig has blocked all the lanes. This is right by the coliseum. This may have started with a collision involving two other vehicles. It looks like there are injuries slow going here for some time. Also in oakland, a possible road rage incident blocking traffic at highway 13 at the redwood road exit. In this vit video you can see a car with a broken weld. The witness tells us off camera two drivers were racing. The damage appears to be from a large rock or something similar rather than a gunshot. Between 270,000 and 605,000 in the bay area. The north bay will be hit the hardest. This morning pg e is explaining why. We have two very important critical, 230kv transmission lines that are in the north bay area and they serve customers along the north coast and down into marin county.
