Driving under the influence LOGANTON — At 4:45 p.m. on April 6, a traffic stop was conducted by state police at Lamar along Interstate 80 East in Greene Township, Clinton County. The arrestee allegedly was traveling at a high rate of speed near milemarker 193. According to police, the operator, a 20-year-old 20, man from Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested for DUI. The vehicle was subsequently searched by police which yielded controlled substances. Charges are pending. PFA violation BEECH CREEK — At 3:30 p.m. on April 4, a PFA violation was investigated by state police at Lamar along Eagle Valley Road in Beech Creek Township. According to police, Zachary Zidick, 28, of Beech Creek was observed on private property. Charges were filed and Zidick was picked up and taken in custody, according to police.
