As reported, the rebound saw the total market capitalization grow from Thursday’s $320 billion to the current $337 billion. The market is mainly in green, while some cryptocurrencies are showing signs of a further upward correction.

France’s top financial regulator has published a new list of investment websites that do not have authorization to operate within the country, including the so-called digital asset service providers (DASPs).
This time, one of the firms that came under the spotlight of the AMF called BitcoinFrance raises a number of red flags characteristic of investment scams. Specifically, BitcoinFrance claims to offer registered users free access to their proprietary bitcoin trading software once they deposit a minimum of $250.
The app allegedly trades in Bitcoin/cryptocurrency markets on behalf of their clients and generates earnings of $1,000 per day, adding that their profits will be quickly realized with no risk. These claims carry the hallmarks of investment fraud.

UW law Professor Michael Duff spoke with Bloomberg Law about a lawsuit against McDonald’s Corp. that will be an early test of whether workers can use a longstanding legal doctrine against public nuisances to force employers to keep them safe from the coronavirus.
The Casper Star-Tribune (CS-T) reported that UW has released a draft plan to restart on-campus educational courses this fall, including measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission and a mixture of in-person and online courses. The Laramie Boomerang noted the cost for opening campus this fall. Wind River News Network, K2 Radio and SweetwaterNOW were among media outlets announcing UW’s proposed plan.
