Suicide between 20092011, two women took their lead during pregnancy and i dont think we can never answer truthfully whether in these cases termination of pregnancy would have saved those lives. We are never dealing with absolute certainty is. I believe as a doctor that we cannot dismiss it and when a woman feels she is going to take her life during pregnancy, she needs to be treated in totality and not saying that termination cures a suicidal tendencies.
