Have joined the rescue efforts as the search for the missing people continues. The devastation is enormous, homes were ripped from their foundations and vehicles were damaged. The death toll has reached 13 but it could go higher with at least two dozen people unaccounted for. The hardest hit area is montecito. And expensive immunity outside of Santa Barbara. Highway 101 is closed in the area because of the mudslides. They released these images of firefighters rescuing a 4 yearold girl 14yearold girl, she had been trapped for hours after a river of mud and debris ripped her familys house apart....
