2019 Elijah Cummings passed away at Johns Hopkins hospital due to long Standing Health challenges. Cummings had been out of congress the last month due to medical procedures. He was born and raised in baltimore. A city he dearl loved loved. He obtained his bachelors degree in Political Science Howard University and graduated from the university of Maryland School of law. He was expected to return to his office this week. Obviously did not. His career began in the maryland house of delegates. Cummings was a key figure if impeachment inquiry.
