This morning we begin with a new and extremely fastmoving fire thats burning out of control in southern california. More than 82,000 people have been forced to evacuate, including the entire community of wrightwood. All 4500 residents. The blue cut fire started just yesterday morning and has already burned more than 28 square miles. Governor jerry brown has declared a state of emergency for San Bernardino county.
