Stable condition. Based on balistic evidence, we know that at least 32 shots were fired, from two separate caliber semiautomatic weapons. We found 32 spent shell casings, on the street, and many on the sidewalk right near the steps where these two victims were sitting, when they were shot. Investigators say, they were shot at point blank range. Police were called to the 2100 block of uber street, just after 11 30 monday night, thats when they found the man collapsed on the sidewalk, and the woman on her front steps.
