Transported from the Milwaukee County courthouse to the Election Commission warehouse. The recount effort in Milwaukee County involves more than 440thousand ballots all together. The final decision will be made this morning by the board of canvassers, the county Election Commission recommends the recount be done by machine. 14 counties will use optical scanners for the recount.
