Those who have been able to tell but how all this all unfolded around 2 00 oclock. Police tell us that they arrested a 48 yearold man, on dui charges after he allegedly ran the red light traveling southbound on sixth street in a cadillac. Police say he smack in the septa paratransit bus causing to it flip on its side. Witnesses say several older woman were on board some in wheelchairs trying for help help suffering from neck and back injuries as well as cuts...
