So while it is a cold start again, its more mild than yesterday, and in the afternoon things are looking a lot better than what we saw yesterday. Winds, like i mentioned a second ago, are pretty light across the board. Fi 5 Miles Per Hour in philadelphia and 12 at Dover Air Force base. These winds not a big concern today.
