Steven mnuchin let me first say that i strongly believe and understand that there are very important tools within the Treasury Department that can combat terrorism. Of these tools, such as sanctions, are extremely effective and keep our Armed Services out of harm. So i am fully committed to the maximum amount of law to both in force the existing sanctions in a very strict way.
