Thats just off of florida avenue in north tampa. 3 deputies got a call that a man was waving a gun around outside the apartments. They arrived, with a negotiator. But they say the man. Jeffrey casal. We just learned that 27yearold Jeffery Casale has died at the hospital after being shot here at Windwood Oaks last night. Deputies say they shot the man after getting into a confrontation with him.
