We create this impression that a hospital is getting more than what it costs them to operate. Is there analysis . Can you quantify really what is going on in a hospital when we tell them or when we tell the public that your hospital is getting 101 of costs when its really reimbursable costs . Yeah, that is a as you know, thats a very complicated question. You know, it goes back to the historical costs of the hospital and if they converted to critical access, what those historical costs feed into, what they would be paid under the ch reimbursement status. It is a very difficult time and capital now is without question beginning to get out of the emerging market. In order to be able to reach this goal, we have to be much more clever about how we utilize the Development System that countries provide and link to it to the kinds of investments that we know will be the creator of jobs. How do you do that . One of the things are trying to do in one of the papers we will be presenting next week is one in which all of us, all of the Multilateral Development banks, sat down together and said lets get all the different sources of financing for development. Lets put them all together and think strategically. If you look at all the different sources and y ....

Harvard professor, Randall Kennedy nerd is selling book company and or time of the strange career of a troublesome word. You write about violence by speech. What do you mean . Guest that book is about the word nigger and is a word that is triggered lots of violence and to some it is the final word in another cells. What i wanted to do in that book was to give a history of this word that has been covered with blood literally and sometimes figuratively and wanted to show the way in which this word has wrought havoc in american culture. Of course that is not all it does. One of the reasons why it was both worthy is because of the complicated word. It has a terrible history, a history of insult, history of terrorism, a history of intimidation, but of course it has been put to other uses, too. Its been made in an ironic and a term of endearment so the word nigger as a complicated word and has biomass space, but other aspects as well. ....
