Been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a 14 year old boy. The 36 year old suspect is now in hospital, police saying theyve been unable to interview him due to his condition. Four other people were injured, including two Police Officers. Earlier, Buckingham Palace said the kings thoughts and prayers are with all those affected.
