I think theres some question, as we get into the legislation, why theyre getting around the gift role . So its perfectly legitimate for organization, a corporation, or contractor to give money to the city, say, to help with the clean streets program, etc. , but if its over 10,000, they have to go to the board or it has to be posted on the departmental website if its under 10,000.
