Identified. Police say 68year old Roger Stephenson was hit and killed while walking across dixie highway near Covington Catholic school. Stephenson was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators later announced that he was not in a crosswalk at the time of that accident. This area is used for a bus stop, so its possible he was trying to get to the bus stop.
