There are spaces for smaller retailer and wed love to have them. There is spaces for restaurants and wed love to have them. I live one block from the location of Sterling Bank. Ive lived there 21 years. And i live across street from a vacant commercial space zoned for restaurant use at 2175 market. Its never leased. Its sat vacant for three years now. 2175 was also the location of a Business Venture called myriad, like a food hall concept, multivendor. That struggled for a while and eventually failed.
