Out in charlotte, north carolina. All of this erupting in the wake of the shooting of another black man in the hands of police. Some of the protesters turned on police. In total, 16 police were hurt, multiple vehicles damaged. Fires lit and looting broke out. Police releasing tear gas canisters to try to disperse those crowds. Charlotte police say keith lamont scott, a 43yearold father of seven was armed. This is what police say but scotts family say he didnt have a gun and that it was a book.
