The Polk Correctional Institute identified ross and detectives led agencies know ross was on the way there. 1 1 2 hours after the kidnapping deputies found the stolen car and took ross into custody and then they found a corrections officer at a store, he was able to escape from ross, he tells our crew hes doing just fine. Ross is behind bars on multiple charges including battery on Law Enforcement officer and fraud.
