Huw edwards was spared jail but received a six month suspended Prison Sentence on three charges of obtaining indecent images of children, with one of the victims in the pictures aged between seven and nine. In all, 41 illegal images were sent to the former Bbc News presenter, with his lawyer telling the Court Edwards was profoundly sorry, and that he recognised the repugnant nature of the images.
