Roughly 25 square mile area north of the city has order to evacuate because of the cave fire. Started in Los Padres National forest. Firefighters digging in to protect homes. Some evacuated, including a man and his miniature horse. Weather making it very difficult on the fire lines. Big thing as winds continue, down canyon, turn around, come back up.
