Sometime before 3 00 a. M. An offer spotted the car, thought it looked suspicious and headed over to talk with the driver who seemed intoxicated. They made contact. They had conversation. Went to gehim out to do some sobriety tests and he decided he was leaving. And leaving fast. The chief says the 3 3 to 40 year old man took off doing 60 to 70 on 25 mile per hour residential streets.
