On taxpayers dollar nor on over time, that was your question, has done any work in my home or any other place. Why were workers at your home . I dont know what youre talking about. City records Reporter City workerings er ers appear to show tax dollars paid for this. He tells us his best recollection is he was off the clock that morning and did not bill taxpayers. He says its possible a supervisor billed time on his behalf or that maybe he did city work at another time that day. Records show hanlan clocked in at 5 55 that saturday morning. He clocked out at 2 00 in the afternoon. Video shows him lugging this beer cooler into the mayors the second man is public works supervisor. He worked six hours of over time that saturday. But regards detailing the exact times he worked have not yet been released. Numerous city workers say the hours they billed were only for city business.
