HOUSTON — A woman alleges a CVS Pharmacy in Houston filled her prescription with the wrong dosage which caused her to ingest double the amount of medication she was prescribed. Edith Johnson filed a complaint May 11 in Harris County District Court against CVS Pharmacy Inc., CVS Pharmacy Inc., doing business as CVS Pharmacy Store #6238 and others alleging negligence.
