Mooby’s, the fictitious restaurant-turned-pop up from film director and comedian Kevin Smith, is heading to Des Moines’ East Village this month. A post on the Mooby’s Pop Up Facebook page says the fictional fast-food empire will make its Des Moines debut March 31 through April 7 at Up-Down Arcade Bar, 500 E.
