officer. it s coming from benjamin crump, an attorney for the nichols family. this sixth officer is white. keep in mind, the five other officers that have been accused of second degree murder all black. his name is preston hemp hill. according to crump, he tased the tyre nichols. he tased him and said i hope to stop his blank. according to trump, he s been relieved of his duties. no charges known to be filed against him yet per crump. and crump is saying he and the family are disappointed no charges yet against the sixth officer, a white officer. we re continuing to see now day by day more fallout from this violent activity on january 7. two emts have also been relieved of duty. these rescuers arrived at the scene of the second beating when nichols was slumped over and for at least 15 minutes according to the tape, it does not show them checking to see if he s breathing or trying to help stop the breathing. no criminal charges yet. we could see a series of more firings ....
