That should be floating happily, and pushes it. and because of the jet stream, it starts here, doesn t peter out. it continues. wiggles and wobbles and really makes this southern branch of the jet stream more active, so what happens, i don t want to get too technical, we hit the cold current, i m going to make it green because that s the color i have. the cold current comes in. that s the normal jet stream, but when you have an el nino pattern, you can get a second to phase together, so all of a sudden, you have the cold that you should have in winter and then you have the moist. when you put moist and warm together, you get a snowstorm. who s going to get the moist? all of california. this is why you re always able to tell us what s going to happen. what does this mean for the rest of the year? it means we are going to see the potential for severe weather outbreaks across florida. it s going to be wet across ....
