Implicating and imposing penalties on general members of the public, it is a most responsible thing to try to work together, and again, go with the board which has a much more public process because everybody watches the board hearings and a lot more people might weigh in who understand these things and how it might affect them, and we would be more likely to discover any flaws that people havent even thought about, so i think its a best practice to all work together, save the ballot occasion where Public Officials are really failing to act in the face of obvious corruption, and so thank you f...
