Reporter bill cosby is being formally charged in a Sexual Assault case thats coming from just one of the more than 50 women who accuse him of drugging and or sexually assaulting them. There is one charge that is filed, aggravated indecent assault, which is a felony of the first degree. Reporter the incoming District Attorney says this case involves a former employee who cosby invited near his home in 2004. On the evening in question mr. Cosby urged her to take pills that he provided to her and to drink wine. The effect of which rendered her unable to move or respond to his advances. And he committed aggravated indecent assault upon her. Reporter the charge against cosby comes just two weeks after he filed defamation lawsuits against several of his accusers.
