carlos curbelo, and democratic pollster, fernando monte. both are msnbc political analysts. gentlemen, it's always a pleasure to have you here. carlos, i'm gonna start with you. we just have that sound from desantis but he did admit that everything was focus in terms of what trump has claimed. is this a new honest ron desantis, even though he was quoting trump voters for a while? >> this is a ron desantis who is understanding the strategy that he had adopted wasn't working, and was never going to work, katie. you cannot beat someone by following them. you cannot beat someone by constantly admiring them and praising them even once so many people know that person is lying. so, desantis is finally realizing, i'm going to have to distinguish myself a little bit from donald trump. i'm not just going to be able to follow him to win the nomination. desantis has used the trump playbook in the past. that's how he became governor of florida. the problem this time is trump's standing in his way. so he's going to have to use another playbook, and i think he's starting to realize that.

Many videos have emerged on social media over the last few years highlighting Goa as a shark eating destination. Besides Goa, shark meat is consumed in other coastal states of India as well but there is a lack of awareness of the type of shark that is consumed.
There are about 160 species of sharks found in India and, of them, ten have legal protection. In India, sharks are caught as incidental catch, mostly by trawl nets and gill nets.
While some conservationists feel that awareness about the type of shark meat will help in conserving them, others feel that an overhaul of fisheries management is the only way for a sustainable future for sharks.
