I do remember when we were here last year the question about the windows came up. Windows seem to be very important in the block because it took me 68 weeks to get approval just to change two windows in the front of my house. Permits, the approvals that we got here in 2009, were just what we thought was something someone would want. When they got in i imagine they made a lot of changes on the fly and they were anxious to get their family into building.
